| 'Arielle & Gabrielle' captures the elegance and cosmopolitan urban chic of New York in the 1920's. This is the largest painting within my Art Deco series. I love to paint faces at a scale that is larger than life it gives them a cinematic flair that one gets when viewing a film on a large screen. Such is the case with this painting. 'Arielle & Gabrielle' is intended as an homage to my favorite artist the wonderful Tamara de Lempicka. It is her artwork that inspired me to paint a beautiful blonde and a redhead together on the same canvas. price: $2200.00 |
