This Egyptian Art Deco Graphic Painting Is The Largest In My Portfolio. To Make It More Portable I Painted It Over Two Canvases. Because Of It's Large Format I Have Only Put This Painting Into One Show. 'Nile By Night' Has Both Celestial And Egyptian Elements And Has A Very Strong Presence When Viewed At Full Scale. Lots Of Golden Yellow And Deep Cobalt Paint Went Into This Painting, Pumice Gel Was Used To Get The Textured Effect. I Have Decided That This Is Will Not Be My Final Attempt At A Large Scale Painting.
