I went in a different directon with this painting. I was visualizing from an aerial perspective of roads, highways and turnpikes, keeping them direct and linear. The swirling lines represent green pastures and wild rivers. Green is my favorite color especially chatreuse, which was very popular during the Mid-Century Modern Era. |
